YNYSFEIO HOUSE FIRE

Fire crews were called to a house in Ynysfeio Avenue (Penyrenglyn) at 9:15am on Tuesday (April 19). The fire was in the ground floor kitchen. The first floor and roof were heavily smoke-logged. Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the fire using one hose reel jet and one safety jet. All the occupants of the house were safe.
